Effective Jan. 6, the ServiceNow widget on both the Student Hub and the Employee Hub will display a user’s open Facilities requests.
In addition, the footer area of each platform now includes the Miami location.
On the Employee Hub, the Northeastern affinity group NU Disability Alliance now appears on the Communities page for quick access.

Improvements to the Student Hub and the Employee Hub are ongoing to ensure that students and employees have one-stop access to the information and assets they need most.
