Accessibility Updates and New Features Added to Northeastern Hubs

Effective June 1, both the Student and the Employee Hub have introduced several enhancements that improve the overall user experience and ease of use. 

On the Employee Hub, a Communities page called “Oakland Water Cooler” has been added for Oakland-based employees. This page will help foster connections for all of Northeastern’s global network members.

On the Student Hub, additional accessibility updates have been introduced and the Registrar Self-Service has been added to the My Applications tab. This will allow for easy access to course registration, transcripts, and grades.

Improvements to the Student Hub and the Employee Hub are ongoing to ensure that students and employees have one-stop access to the information and assets they need most. Students and employees are encouraged to use the feedback form on each Hub to share ideas and thoughts to help the platforms reach their full potential.
